Bryony & Lloydβs seaside wedding in Penzance, Cornwall with a reception at 45 Queen st.
| News just in: Penzance is the new hotness |
Ok, weβre a bit biased because we live here but if you speak to anybody who lives in this quirky coastal town, they adore it and its vibrant artistic community. Itβs no surprised that Bryony, who once called this salty little place home once too wanted to come back here to be married to her Lloyd.

Bryony planned her day around her favourite street in town; Chapel Street, where she used to live. Chapel street is one of the most historic streets in the town and home to some incredible architecture such as the Egyptian house but also boasts one of the prettiest B&Bβs in West Cornwall; Chapel House. It as here that Bryony chose to get ready along with her family bridesmaids and little boy, Teddy. They arranged for the King Harry Ferry Coach company to transport the guests from Penzance over to Tremenhere Sculpture gardens in Gulval where Bea & Lloyd were to be wed in the iconic James Turrel Skyspace sculpture.

Bryony & Lloyd opted for a cinematic wedding film by Jon with a soft and romantic vibe
It was a toasty hot day in the subtropical gardens of Tremenhere. After some champagne and nibbles, guests were transported back to Chapel Street where 45 Queen street, the towns favourite quirky converted warehouse bar & restaurant can be found tucked down a secret alleyway. Bea & Lloyd took a quick detour to Marazion to paddle in the sea and soak up the iconic St Michaelβs mount. They wanted to fully embrace all of their favourite spots in West Cornwall.
Hereβs just a few previews from their beautiful dayβ¦
After a first dance, we wandered down to the sea front which was just a five minute walk away. Penzance gets the dreamiest hazy and soft evening light and it really pulled out all the stops that evening. We hit up one of the most coveted spots in Penzance for swimmers, teenagers hanging out and rockpool enthusiasts for their couple photos and that light hit just right.
Marine Biologist Lloyd was in his element among the rock pools and it was so peaceful, giving the couple a moment to step out from their day and appreciate being in the moment.
What a dream commission from start to finish. These guys were just the sweetest and the dinner at 45 queen street can never be beaten! Thank you sweet humans for trusting us to do our thing and tell your story in the truest way possible. We hope we did you proud.
Best,
