Charlotte & Benβs Misty & Moody Wedding at Tredudwell Manor, Cornwall
Romantic & Ethereal Flower Filled Wedding at an old manor house in Cornwall
Brace thyselves. When Charlotte & Ben told us their brief was to capture their wedding in a way that was moody, ethereal and looked like something out of Poldark, who knew the weather would take the brief too and deliver ALL of the vibes.
Back in July, we were at the wonderful Tredudwell Manor capturing this beyond dreamy wedding. Charlotte wore a Half Penny London dress of dreams and the decor was something else. Becca from the Garden Gate really outdid herself on the flowers and as we found a break in the rain, we wandered about the misty grounds enjoying the sights of the imposing trees silhouetted through the mist.

Charlotte is a keen gardener and so choosing her florist was such an important decision. She settled on the marvellous Becca from The Garden Gate, one of my all-time favourites in the duchy, whoβs locally grown and artfully selected florals filled the spaces with delicious scents and sights. We had a full team capturing this wedding, with Sarah and Beki on digital and film photography and Jon on videography.
We wandered the grounds of Tredudwell and the country lanes nearby, taking in the sights of the trees, so ghostly in the mists. I couldnβt help but favour some of the black and white edits here as they just looked so atmospheric and haunting, really bringing out the subtle textures that so often are missed.
This set of previews doesnβt even scratch the surface of what was an incredible day filled with energy and pzazz. With a surprise sea shanty band which sent the crowd wild, a rolling pizza van buffet and appearance of the ice cream van playing its merry tune and sending the troops storming out in the rain in the way that only brits do, to get their frozen treats.
It was truly a dream to capture and we wish we could do it all over again. We canβt wait to work on the full edit, but for now, this sneak preview will have to suffice.
Best,
S & J x
